Full Site wiring and installation of panels including automation and control sensors teamed with a leading designer and supplier to the renewable industry MarchesBiogas. Supplying electricity to the national grid via a CHP Jenbacher Generator. Here are a few images from just one of the many site we have completed.

Domestic Installation

Included partial rewire of a cinema room with remote drop screen, and a fully upgraded distribution board for house. RGB lights and dropped spots in floating ceiling to finish. very tidy look once finished. 

CCTV setup added with 8 channel 5MP 4K NVR and fixed focal units over entire premises including POE switch and router for zoned areas in garden/orchard. calibrated to cloud and mobile app. superb quality setup and impeccable resolution.

Also includes outside TV installation with custom stainless legs in viewing area. Hot Tub Instillation included locating it to area and supply. Also Games area with lighting and sockets across workbenches.

Grainstore

Installation and alteration of current conveyors and elevator system for moving grain, included complete rewrite of existing PLC programme on Mitsubishi PLC FQ series with alterations to positions and feedback on isolators and air operated valve setup via solenoid actuators

Refed new grain cleaner machines power and controls with all necessary containment added. extending cables as needed, again adding new features to control panel and PLC System.

Boiler Rooms 

Modifications made to existing control circuits and new installations on boiler room controls for residential and commercial projects, metal galvanised containment throughout with isolators replaced and cabling as necessary to manufacturers specification, commissioned and tested
